Walk to the Upper Campus

Hi Families!

We will be having out 3rd Grade Walk to the UC next week!

Schedule:

Tuesday, May 5th : 3F1, 3F2 and 3G

Thursday, May 7th : 3S1, 3S2 and 3M

Please review and complete this form indicating if you give your child permission to participate by April 30th. We need a yes or no response for each student, please.

**Please note that students not given permission to participate will stay with another 3rd grade class until their class returns.**
